Attention to ALL NON-MEMBERS AND MEMBERS!

The staff of :iconmasseffectclub: have agreed to limit the amount of submissions per day.

:bulletred: All Mass Effect Club members are able to submit only 3 pieces of artwork or written fiction per day.

:bulletred: Non-members are able to submit only 2 pieces of artwork or written fiction per day

With the amount of growing members and watchers, and the limits to how our staff can handle, please submit your best work into the group.

Also, I've told many members to constantly read our rules and folders BEFORE you submit artwork.

Please do so. It will help our staff greatly!

If anyone has any questions, then please comment below.

:iconyukiminamoto: IS OUT! PEACE! :icongreatjobplz:

Yes, what she said. :D

And in other news, the Mass Effect Club has about twice as many members as the biggest Twilight group on DA.

Just putting that out there.

May we please have an estimated time of seeing our work submitted?

So far...it's been almost two weeks since my two subs and I don't want to resubmit if I know you guys are still looking through all your hundreds of notes per day.

Also, if there is an easier way for you to do things without getting overwhelmed, then do it. No one said the rules have to stay the same especially if there's less club admin since when the rules were established.

And yes. Mass Effect Club is awesome. And Twilight..........*VOMIT*.

Wait... what? Submissions aren't...

You submitted your deviation via our notes? Why'd you do that?

Because I could not find an updated version of submission guidelines. I found this and this: [link] [link]

There was no updated guildelines for submission or guidelines clear enough.

Hmm... well, I can tell you that those are old old old old guidelines from the days before DeviantArt had official groups and we had to submit mirrors of the original image from the moderator's own computer.

I honestly didn't think anyone would be able to find those.

Our current guidelines are as follows.

"1. Submit your work to the corresponding folder!
Art goes to the appropriate folder, fic to 'Fanfic', comics to 'Comics' and so forth. Work submitted to a wrong folder will be rejected! Should this happen to you, please resubmit, we love all fanworks!

2. No WIPs.
Sketches and linearts are welcome as long as they are finished, polished work. However, bear in mind that everyone are welcome to submit their work, beginner or pro!

3. We would prefer the orignal artist to do the submitting.
However, if you come a across a lovely new piece of ME fanart by someone else, we definitely want to see it our gallery. Suggesting art by others for the club is not prohibited, but we'd love you forever for taking the time to leave the artist a comment and suggest that they submit instead. This is simply because of the way dA club system currently works: artist x makes a piece of art and then 30 people suggest it to be added to our gallery, both us and the artist gets 30 messages about the same thing. Needless to say, the submission box tends to get clogged. Thank you for your understanding!"

Okay cool. Just so long as I know now. :) Thanks! Hope you guys like my future submissions. There's just not enough fun comics with Illusive Man. XD

Our estimated time limit to accept it into our galleries would take around 1-2 days give or take.

The votes tally up to one staff member accepting it or not depending on if it's in the correct folder, not a WIP, and it has some effort and quality to it.

The staff is trying our best to sort through the artwork and accepting as many pieces of artwork we can. :iconsweatdropplz:

Please be patient with us! :iconruncryplz:

Any more questions?

Thank you very much. I usually don't bother people with questions until I absolutely have to. I appreciate the time you took to answer! :D

Well, we have so little staff (and we're all in different countries no less) that trying to manage over hundreds of submissions each day...

It gets very overwhelming.
